Phil. 2:6
” Who, being in VERY NATURE OF GOD,
did NOT consider EQUALITY WITH GOD….
something to be GRASPED.”

Grasped here – is to be held onto tightly !

Being seen in the “equality of GOD “..
something not to be held onto tightly !

Picture JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF…
* seated on HIS THRONE OF GRACE in Heaven…
* at the right hand of GOD
* He is seen in all HIS DIETY, HIS HOLINESS…

Jesus Christ ~
this PLACE where I am….in Heaven…
I do not need to hold onto it tightly…
this VISUAL of who I am…
I do not need to hold onto it tightly…
this TITLE of who I am…
I do not need to hold onto it tightly….

vs. 7 ” But made Himself NOTHING,
taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in the LIKENESS of man. ”

I am WILLINGLY….. going to LET GO !

I am WILLINGLY….going to obey My Father, GOD…
rather than be SEEN in all My glory.

I am going to let go…so I can go….
Where I will do the MOST FOR HIS KINGDOM.
I am going to let go…so I can engage in all
HUMILITY, yet STAY in all of who I am.
I am going to go and experience …
The movement of God, the power of God,
THE LOVE OF GOD…..

In so doing….. taking off HIS outer robe of Glory…
without losing ANY of HIS GLORY….

and putting on a Robe of Humilty, Grace and Mercy…
HE SAVED THE WORLD…..
The GREATEST GIFT
THE GREATEST act of GOD in all time ! SALVATION

Immanuel = GOD WITH US….

but go back to Jesus’ hands wrapped around
the arms of the Throne in Heaven…
comfortable, use to, empowering, safe…

and then the moment, He “LET GO “…
and came down……

The movement of God….What HE asks us to do….
may take us “down” ….so that HE will be….
LIFTED UP so that others would be SAVED !

If JESUS CHRIST, can LET GO of ALL that HE was in Heaven..
( yet HE truly gave up none of who HE WAS AT ALL )

I want to let go of anything….
that HE asks me to let go of…
so that I can go where HE desires…
and be in the exact spot where :
HE WILL MOVE MIGHTILY……

Throne ?
Manger ?
Cross ?
