Tomorrow….rain or cold, we HAVE TO CLOSE THE CABIN……
Running out of time……

This summer….didn’t make it to the cabin as much…that’s o.k.
This summer….others didn’t come as much…..that’s o.k.
This summer….God spoke to me many times there….that’s o.k.
This summer….kayaked, boat rides, popcorn on the fire, walks, grandkids,
Orphan Annies, Kiser Lake….that’s o.k.

It just seems as the summer of a “season”….
An “out of my control, role with the punches summer ”

A summer of making sure to do the urgent and forget about the necessary.
A summer of  taking care of people that matter….instead of our likes.

And YET….it is still the place where God reveals many revelations…
it is still a place to renew and unwind …a place to witness
a place I will never forget that GOD GAVE ME… personally.

So we close it……take everything out and put everything away…..
and be very very thankful for when we got to enjoy….
our little place on the River….Buckeye Pizza….our rides to the damn….
and it just speaks to Rock and I ….in a way that only we know…and care.

Thank YOU JESUS for a summer from YOU….
