Heb. 8 –

The old Covenant failed because of the sinfulness of the nation.
for which it had no remedy.
The NEW COVENANT, does have a remedy….

The difference of the previous :

1. we will have an inner inclination to obey God
GOD WILL PUT IN THEIR MINDS AND WRITE 
THEM ON THEIR HEARTS. 
2. a firm relationship with God
” I WILL BE THEIR GOD, and THEY WILL BE 
     MY PEOPLE” 
3.  the knowledge of God ,
” THEY WILL ALL KNOW ME” 
4. the forgiveness of sins, ” I WILL FORGIVE THEIR
WICKEDNESS AND WILL REMEMBER THEIR SINS
NO MORE” 

since the cross ~  It is JESUS CHRIST that
Redeems, empowers , forgives, and has opened the
door to forgiveness….

From the blood of THE CROSS to all…..
From the blood of THE CROSS we get :

4. FORGIVENESS from our own wickedness
3. The ABILITY to even KNOW GOD personally
2. A RELATIONSHIP w/ JESUS CHRIST
1. In our OWN MINDS AND HEARTS we can
hear the  voice of God to
obey Him and desire Him alone.

Again, only by JESUS…..
Nothing of ourselves……
Nothing…..realizing how Big HE IS GOD
realizing how much it truly is of JESUS

I would have to think:
How much I need to get over myself and how
God needs me….( He graciously includes me )
HIS internal Holy Spirit, HIS internal relationship,
His own internal working in our minds and hearts….
should ever so humble us to ” get over ourselves”  ….
and bend our upright posture……
