I just feel lead to do this :

Chris Yoder =  Marla’s Mom’s  Birthday is today……..
Her daughter ~ Bethany’s Birthday is today, also…..( pretty neat gift )

Chris Yoder is a great example of a ” PRAYER WARRIOR ”
It is her MINISTRY.
It is her LIFE.
It is her CALLING …by GOD HIMSELF.

She takes it so seriously….if you knew how seriously… it would make you hurt.
If you knew the effort, the time, the energy, the mental and emotional
anquish she puts into it…..it would make you hurt.

She journals beyond compare…( I won’t go into that, because of
how sacred it is to her )  …..
But she does it…to leave a legacy to her children and grandchildren…
of what God has done spiritually in her life.
She does it for many reasons….but that alone, is AMAZING.

I KNOW…. I  KNOW….her prayers are the reason
a.  What is being done in AFRICA…..by God alone
b. Why people have gotten saved in AFRICA
c. Why right now….this week…things are happening that ONLY GOD….

You know how you can feel someone is praying…..
Many times…. I KNEW SHE WAS PRAYING….( and the prayer TEAM ) smile…

Her time in God’s Word……..
She plays the piano @ CHURCH…..but if you knew how she plays at home,
WHEN NO ONE IS THERE…..to lead into the presence of God…
She goes alone….in worship….. AMAZING.

Not to mention she goes , I believe,  twice a week to the nursing home…
to play games with her Mother In Law …..
and that too, is her ministry, she takes seriously !
Her love for Ron, her husband, their intense relationship
SPIRITUALLY, humanly……incomparable…..
Her love for each of her 4 children, individually
Her love for each grandchild….I believe 9 of them….Individually

The prayer that each one gets daily…….?????   wow !

I didn’t send her a card,  ( in which SHE NEVER MISSES )
I didn’t get her a gift…….
but she does get MY COMPLETE RESPECT….
spiritually foremost
as a friend….a Mom, a Grandma, a wife, a person.

Happy Birthday Chris Yoder……Happy Birthday !

( she might even be embarassed, and think ~  JANELLE !!!
but seriously….I have never met someone with the DEPTH…
of who she is….in many areas…..and yet so quiet, humble
about it all….. so EXPOSURE…to a true WOMAN OF GOD ! )  smile !
