Today….GOD is setting in my soul….the caption from HIS WORD….

” I WANT TO BOAST”

” I want to….I desire to….I want to live so….I really want to …
boast ~ IN TH E LORD.”

1 Cor. 1 : 26
” Brothers, think of WHAT YOU WERE…
when YOU were called…
Not many of you were WISE…
by human standards;

not many were INFLUENTIAL;
not many were noble birth.”

BUT GOD CHOSE THE FOOLISH THINGS
of the world to shame the wise…the lowly things…the despised things…

IT IS BECAUSE OF HIM…that you are IN CHRIST JESUS
who has become for us wisdom from God….” let him who boasts boast in the LORD”

If we sit in the fact that HE CHOSE US….
before salvation ~  nothing….
AFTER SALVATION ~  the same person humanly….

BUT SPIRITUALLY ? ? ?

vs. 24  CHRIST the POWER OF GOD
the WISDOM OF GOD

so what ever we do today ~  SAVED….

vs. 17…” NOT WITH words of human wisdom , lest the cross of Christ
be emptied of its power.”

The fullness of the power of the CROSS…
THE FULLNESS of the POWER OF THE CROSS…..

today,  Oct. 8th…..
are we living….so that we can BOAST in the FULLNESS OF THE CROSS….?

What have we done today….that the HUMAN OF US…
that the weakness, the foolishness of us….
is OVER SHADOWED by the:
POWER
WISDOM of GOD….

Today…at Toy R Us…..
a RED MUSTANG……looked nice just sitting there.

but then…..HE STARTED THE BAD BOY UP….
2 exhausts….
it took all I had to not YELL…… ” Man, that sounds GREAT …..”

You heard the power
YOU FELT THE POWER
…and you knew it was not coming from the ” driver”….

IT WAS COMING FROM THE ENGINE….

May GOD , May God empower us with the fullness of the cross….
“lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power”

Drive like you stole it !
Live like HE MEANT IT !
