Benson told me that the Dr.’s in Kenya have
been on strike for 1 1/2 months….
” google it Mum and see, people are dying
in ICU and maternity….they are coming and
not being taken care of. ”

so I did , and this is one that I read :

“The healthcare system in Kenya has been in crisis,
long before the strike was called.
How many preventable deaths are witnessed from a lack
of access to healthcare services or worse still access
to under staffed and ill-equipped facilities? How many
stories have been told of a mother who died during
childbirth or cancer patients being diagnosed
a little too late?
How many Kenyans arrive at a hospital either to be told
the specialty doctor that can attend to them can only
be found in Nairobi?”

Benson and I just spent an hour, discussing as we do..
the ministry, what is the urgent, the necessary…
WHAT IS NEXT….and so we go :

We are on our 3rd chapter of OPENING THE CLINIC :

1. Wiring and painting
2. Water, plumbing
3. Doors, glass panels + Ceilings

We go step by step…until we can open it.

God provided $ 10,000.00 a couple months ago…
to take us through to this chapter !

Individuals continually give…. again …
two single ladies that just amaze me !
Another just had something go ” through ”
and they too, GAVE ….to ” get that clinic opened”

The churches, individuals that continue to GIVE
to support the School, the staff, Benson…so that
we can look to THE CLINIC…and go after THE CLINIC

we are humbly GRATEFUL….
PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY…this is an URGENT NEED….
” GET THE CLINIC OPENED…GET THE Dr.’s there…
heal the sick, save the LOST …”
