Deut. 11: 7
” But it was your own eyes…..
that saw all these great things the Lord has done.”

It goes on to talk about obey JESUS CHRIST…
and for the next generation…and the next.

But it shows that we did not experience first hand…
what the generation before us seen or experienced.

1. Your Grandmother / Your Grandfather…… what they walked out
with the LORD …in their daily lives….how He talked to them…
what He took and went through with them.
2. Your Dad/ Your Mom….what their own personal challenge …
sins….and victories.  How Jesus provided in their daily lives.
How He spoke and they seen HIM do great and mighty things.

& NOW….to us…. ” OUR OWN EYES “……

What are we seeing HIM do that only God can do ?

vs. 2 ” REMEMBER…. today that your children were not the ones who saw
and experienced……( all that He has done ..disciplined you, and yet performed
in your life )

IT IS YOU….with YOUR OWN EYES…..

That HE is allowing to experience and see GOD do GREAT THINGS.

We know HIS voice, HIS nudgings, HIS miracles….

but yet it is FOR….. THE NEXT GENERATION…

if we continue to :

1.  Love the Lord your God
2.  Walk in HIS WAYS
3. HOLD FAST TO HIM ALONE  ( vs. 12 )

every place we set our foot will be yours.
no man will be able to stand against you.

our choice  ( vs. 17

a. blessing
b. curse

…..OUR OWN….

not my Mom…not our sons/dil…..not our grandchildren…

vs.9  ” so that you may live long in the land the Lord has given you….
and their descendants…”

** What have you seen…..what are you experiencing
from JUST JESUS TO YOU….

Then seeing, hearing, obeying and loving to live with HIM ALONE…
to pass on the tasting of a life with Christ on earth ….
