My brother Jim and I have been taking care of our Dad….
I had this road trip scheduled a long time ago and so I kept it as planned….

Stopping in Yellow Springs…..
Quite the Artsy….”cool”  little town….coffee shops…and we found a store
that just screamed…”  ANGIE TAVIANO ~  birthday gift !
( Happy Birthday Ang !  tomorrow…thank YOU JESUS for her…. )
We hiked to a small water fall…..but truly an awesome site.

Then on to Hillsboro , Ohio….. Rocky Fork Lake…..
and finding this ” Fishing Motel”  I have always wanted to stay in….
I got the bed with a ” plastic mattress cover “…..lol

On the ” beach” of Rocky Fork Lake…
Fold out chairs, BIBLE and snacks …..
What a blessed time with my friend…. ” the blonde chick ”  smile…
” Do you really want to be like CHRIST ? ”

She gave me 5 things of who I am and in return to 5 back at  her, from me…
Then 5 things of who CHRIST IS……
” Do we want JESUS….without the process …of what it takes…?”
You might want to be someone else,  but do you ” want their process ”  ????
IT WAS AMAZING…that our lists of self…aligned with how we see  JESUS….
What an amazing time with GOD…on a “still lake “…..

Then a quick trip into Bainbridge…..

A local yocal restaurant – ” The Timbers ”  ….
A ” turn your lights on ” drive through the 7 caves Rd….. to do in the A.M.

A.M.  ~  dived into more of  ” do you want to BE LIKE CHRIST…or just
study about Him ? ”

on to the gorge…..that I have wanted to hike forever…..
7 CAVES…. on Cave Rd. –  Ross County
HUGE ROCKS…fallen into the wide river…..
w/ HUGE TREES growing out of them….ferns…
Rock Steps…..Rock bridge…. dripping water sounds….

MY HEARTS DESIRE was being filled so full…..
I yelled….” THIS IS MY HEARTS DESIRE”  to the LORD…

More back roads….more twists and turns…more ravines…and hilltops..
More roads…. more twists and turns…. etc.

Did I mention eating a Strawberry/ Rhubarb what ever  @ an Amish place ?

The best…..watching an Amish guy ride his bike by…with a rake…
and breaking his neck…..

By checking out my ” blonde chick ”  friend……smile….
She is beautiful as many see on the outside….
but time spent with her……?   THE BEAUTY is deep , deep w/in her….
