Pastor Kirby from Trinidad is at our church for a ” YOUTH EXPLOSION”….
He was gracious enough to speak to everyone on this past Weds. night.

God has been pouring this in my soul for the past month or so…..
Picturing JESUS CHRIST getting off His throne to come to earth…
Every step on that path….GOD PROVIDED….. in every step….every way…..

Reading again this a.m. ~
Col. 1: 10
” …..that you might live a life worthy of the Lord and may please HIM in
every way:  bearing fruit in every good work, growing in knowledge of God.
11.  being strengthened with – ALL POWER
GREAT ENDURANCE
PATIENCE
JOYFULLY.
He has rescued us from the darkness and brought us into the KINGDOM of the SON he loves. ”

Pastor Kirby took a teen…..and then got a wad of money from Darrel…..
He put the money in the teens hand……
THE PATH that GOD had for him…was the one on the right, the right isle in our church…..
but the TEEN WENT DOWN THE LEFT ISLE…..

Pastor Kirby went with him, as his “thots” ….” but why don’t I have enough,  but why don’t I
have enough….it is gone, it is not here ….. etc. ”

WHY ?       ………………………………

Because he was on the “WRONG PATH “……..
Because he was on the ” wrong path “…….

If he would of taken the “right isle, the right path”  and totally been in what and where GOD was moving….
His WORD, HIS WORD…. tells us…..” My God shall supply all my needs according to HIS RICHES in Heaven ”
and He gives us…..all that we need….to DO HIS WILL….

Look at the LIFE OF CHRIST….every step, every trial, every aspect …..
what ever temptation came,  God gave Him the power
when food was needed….God gave HIM the power to have food
When they needed wine ….God gave Him the power to have wine…
When Jesus even died….( because it was the will of God for Jesus not to stay dead….)
it was the WORD OF GOD, that HE would die, be buried and rise again the  3 rd day !

THAT….was the right path, for JESUS CHRIST…….

Pastor Kirby showed where the teens ” DESTINATION” from God was  ~ ” suppose to be “….
Clear down the right isle….in the back by the 2nd from the last pew……
THERE is where God wanted him  – ” to go “…..that is where the ” WILL OF GOD” for his life was…
It took effort, it took time, it took energy for the teen to walk each step down the “left isle”……

but it was the wrong path…. and the spiritual provision was not there.
” no fruit”…
” struggle, struggle , struggle “….

* will have struggles in doing God’s will,  YOU BET
will we have trials, temptations, opposition…..YOU BET….

But , we will also the PROVISION, the POWER and the PEACE ….in the  “RIGHT PATH ”

I have to look inside myself on this….am I having provision, power and peace…today….
on my path…..?
on what I believe God wants me to do…..
or like the teen,  am I walking,  am I exerting energy, am I going  “SOMEWHERE”…..

but not the destination that truly, truly is from the LORD to me ?
