I only do this when I feel a strong pressing from God…..
so here it goes…..smile.

I was reading about Mary and Jesus……
His Mom ~~~ asking Him/ JESUS to do HIS FIRST MIRACLE.

I thot of how deep she took her position with JESUS…
I went back to the scripture in my mind…
” be it unto me/ Mary ,  as according to Thy will , Oh God ”

What ever God asked of her…..that is what she truly wanted to do.
What ever position God asked of her…that is truly what she wanted to do.

She was a parent……She was a Mom……
I take this as thinking of both Mom’s and Dad’s….” their role ”
( as I am an older parent now, smile )    so I say, their….

But I was reading the study part of the Bible in this section and
it said :
” Why did Jesus’ mother approached Jesus with this concern
is unknown, since Jesus had not previously done anything to make her
expect HE COULD SOLVE the problem.  It implies HER AWARENESS
HER AWARENESS of His role as Messiah.”

Our awareness…..from the Holy Spirit of what our child…
( each child individually can do )
Our keen awareness…..goes to say we are constantly looking
at their lives as to what is God wanting from them ?
Our awareness of our role in their lives….to accomplish
   the WILL OF GOD….through THEM.

It was ” spot on “….to provoke  ( even though HE knew )

” Dear woman, why do you involve me ? ” …….
Even Jesus, questioned Marys’ prodding……?????????

But she did it anyways……..following ~~  Gods’ will….
and the OUTCOME ?    The first MIRACLE…..

The role we have as parents…….
God has put you with your child……
You have been with them since birth…….
You know them….and God is giving you “divine insight”
for HIS, HIS, HIS KINGDOM……
prod them on….go with them as Mary did to the “weddings”
and them ask them to do things they never have done…..

And watch GOD HIMSELF…..use them mightily…..
It is such an awesome gift to parent….
If we do not take  it seriously…..
and see their potential and prod them…….
then will God’s will fully be done ?
