Been reading Ecclesiastes……….
Yeah, wanting to stay in this for a while…
To see what God lays on my heart + life.

Ecclesiastes 2:16
” For the wise, like the fool,
will not be long remembered;
the days have already come when both have been forgotten.
Like the fool, the wise too must die!”

Ecclesiastes 9:5
” For the living know that they will die,
but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward,
and even their name is forgotten.”

So, seriously….

The wise – all the things we do to GAIN knowledge
The fool – those that do nothing to GAIN knowledge
= ” neither remembered ”
= ” both die ”

The living….all who are reading this…
Our loved ones that have gone before ….

Everyone = dies and THEIR NAMES are not remembered.

I talk a lot about my Mom…..
Bringing her into my/your remembrance (sp ) wise/dumb ?
if I did not do that would you remember her ?
if I go about my day…10 yrs. later, do I remember her ?
Do I say her name….Marilyn Marie Swaney/ Conrad ?

* as I did her grave for the summer yesterday….
did I linger as long as I use to ?
did I not want to think of her body and how
it lies there now ???? MY MOM ?
