Acts 12: 6
” The night before Herod was to bring him to trial,
Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound
with two chains, and sentries stood guard at the
entrance. 7. SUDDENLY an angel of the LORD appeared
and a LIGHT SHONE in the cell. He struck Peter on
the side and woke him up. ” Quick, get up!”
he said, and the chains fell off Peter’s wrist.”

In the last chapters before this….there have been
so many times…of healings, of spiritualness coming
literally into the world of the flesh.

Things that in this world CAN NOT happen without
the resurrection power of JESUS CHRIST. God is
so amazing to let us read HIS WORD to let us
into HIS KINGDOM of the SPIRITUAL.

HIS WORD IS TRUTH, today, 2017
HIS WORD IS TRUTH, yesterday in the Bible

What “chains” has your life right now….
What two demonic guards are guarding you/me …
trying to ” hold us in the fleshly world ” ?
Then if the guards are not enough, there is
another sphere of worldly influence…
” the sentries stood guard at the entrance ”

There are layers of doubt that us can get out..
There are layers of people holding us in that doubt..
( some could be ourselves…. even if there were:
no chains
no 2 guards
no sentries….maybe you/we would just sit there ? )

paralyzed by disbelief, doubt, fear, insecurities,
previous situations that “look the same “….
the thoughts in our physical head say…
we can’t get out of this ?

What are we waiting on ?
The reality of the flesh or
The reality of the spiritual ?

God is God, and what HE does is up to HIM,
HIS WILL, HIS WAY, HIS PURPOSE…but HE is
” folding the cloth in the tomb…
HE is doing something for the KINGDOM right
now in all our lives…in chains, not in chains.

So, I want to choose to wait for the
” SUDDENLY and angel of the LORD ”
I want to choose to wait for the
” and the light shone in the cell ”
I want to choose to wait for the
” and the chains fell off Peter’s wrist ”

vs. 12 ( Peter went to this house )
” the house of Mary the mother of John, also
Mark, where MANY PEOPLE had gathered and
were PRAYING….”

** they couldn’t believe their prayers had
been answered…but when what had taken place
in the spiritual became reality to their sight…
” THEY WERE ASTONISHED…..”
